How long will my order take to arrive?
We work on a 10 working day turn-around time from order made to collection or delivery date. In the unlikely case of unexpected delays, we will be sure to inform you immediately.
What format should my design be in?
We accept high quality ai, png, jpg, jpeg, eps and zip files. For more information on uploading files please visit our artwork guidelines.
Will I qualify for free delivery?
Free delivery is always applied to UK orders over £100. It is also possible to collect from our Bludog warehouse at no extra cost.
Can I order items without customisation?
Yes! When an item is in your cart you can choose to skip the customisation process by proceeding to the checkout instead of clicking the customisation button. These items will be sent without a personalised design.
Can I customise the same product with different designs?
To make the ordering process as simple as possible, our site groups the same products together when customising. If you would like to add a different design to the same product, you can either add them to the cart separately or simply write in the comment section which design you would like on which garment.
How do I return a faulty/incorrect item?
We always try to ensure quality products with a professional finish and take great care with each and every order. However, if you are unhappy with your products or have received a faulty item, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can look into this issue for you.
